Italian Pizza Oven Successful Installation

Aside from Service and Repair work, Cater-Force also carries out Commercial Catering Equipment installations.  The image shows a successful installation our engineers have just completed on behalf of New Concept Catering for the well renowned Sant Angelo in Wetherby.  This traditional Italian restaurant is able to seat 150 diners, and required a heavy duty, large capacity Pizza oven to cope with the demand during peak times.

We were asked to de-commission the old Gas pizza oven and to Install the replacement Moretti Forni oven.  Moretti Forni is one of the leading Pizza Oven manufacturers in Italy and we have found their machines extremely reliable and heavy duty, ideal for a busy restaurant.  The Installation location within the restaurant was a compact area which made access around the machine limited, however our engineers managed to ventilate and re-connect the gas supply to allow a successful commissioning procedure.
