Hot Cupboards & Kitchen Servicing

One of the many items of equipment which Cater-Force Engineers come across are Hot Cupboards.  As Engineers we carry out a lot of sub-contracted business and a lot of the time we are there to annually service all of the Commercial Catering equipment within the kitchen.

Many kitchens rely on hot cupboards, even if only to keep plates warm prior to service.  As part of the Cater-Force service we will check all equipment on site, as it’s better to proactively solve a potential problem as opposed to waiting for your equipment to break down before requesting an engineer visit.
