Another Successful Falcon Oven Installation

Cater-Force yesterday successfully supplied, Installed and Commissioned a brand new Falcon 6 burner oven.  This particular oven was a G3106 Falcon Dominator which has the additional benefit of a fan assisted gas oven.  The unit is energy efficient, has high performance 5.3kw burners, and has glass fronted doors to enable the user to monitor the cooking process without opening the oven door.

We sourced and supplied the oven and installed and commissioned the unit for one of our local Church kitchens.  Using a local company gives the customer peace of mind that from the point of order to when they cook their first meal everything is taken care of.
